KaonCart - Pin Delivery Shopping Cart is a shopping cart developed in PHP and MYSQL.
KaonCart supports all types of products unlike majority of the shopping carts available over internet.
It supports tangible products (shipping products), it supports non-tangible products (downloadable products) as well as pin delivery products (like scratch cards, internet cards, phone cards).
KaonCart also supports MEGA MALL model. It means that KaonCart has the ability to run in Single Merchant mode as well as Multiple Merchant mode.
In single merchant mode, KaonCart works like a single online merchant shopping cart. It has three sections.
Administrator area is where script owner (you) manages the website. It is also the same area where you add the categories, products, review orders, process them, generate reports etc.
It is an area for the registered visitors (members). It is the area where members can see their order history, track their orders, manage their billing and delivery profiles and enjoy other features.
It is the product catalog. In this area all products are organized into the categories. Visitors can browse categories and products. Choose and compare their desired products and finally select a product to their shopping basket and checkout.
In multiple merchant mode, KaonCart works like a mega online shopping mall where several merchants (online stores) are selling their products under single website.
It has four sections in this mode.Administrator area is where script owner (you) manages the website. In this area you can manage every single merchant that is selling his products using your system as well as the commission that you will charge off each merchant from his monthly orders. Besides this, you can manage registered members of the system and manage banners, newsletter and other global features that effect the entire system.
It is an area for the merchant to manage his products, categories, orders, registered members for his store. In this section, merchant can add products of different types, review each order, process each order, generate reports and perform other day to day task regarding his store only.
